Generation Issues

Generation Failed

Symptoms: Error message, generation stops

Common Causes & Solutions:

Steps to try:

1. Read the error message carefully
2. Check your credit balance
3. Simplify your prompt
4. Try again after a few minutes
5. Try a different model

Generation Takes Too Long

Symptoms: Spinner keeps spinning, no result

Expected Times:

If it's taking longer:

1. Wait a bit more (especially for video)
2. Check your internet connection
3. Refresh the page (may need to re-run)
4. Try again later

Poor Quality Results

Symptoms: Blurry, distorted, or low-quality output

Solutions:

General tips:

• Use more specific prompts
• Try premium models
• Increase quality settings if available
• Use Upscaler for final images

Output Doesn't Match Prompt

Symptoms: AI generates something different than requested

Solutions:

1. Be more specific:

   • ❌ "A dog"
   • ✅ "A golden retriever puppy sitting on grass"

2. Remove conflicts:

   • ❌ "Dark and bright"
   • ✅ "Moody with warm highlights"

3. Increase guidance scale (if available)

4. Try a different model — Some models follow prompts better

Canvas Issues

Nodes Won't Connect

Symptoms: Can't create connection between nodes

Solutions:

1. Check direction: Connect output (right) → input (left)
2. Check types: Colors should be compatible
   • Yellow (text) → most inputs
   • Blue (image) → image inputs only
   • Purple (video) → video inputs only
   • Orange (audio) → audio inputs only
3. Delete and retry: Remove any partial connections

Canvas Won't Load

Symptoms: Blank canvas, loading forever

Solutions:

1. Refresh the page (F5 or Ctrl/Cmd + R)
2. Clear browser cache
3. Try a different browser
4. Check internet connection
5. Try again later (server issue)

Canvas Is Slow

Symptoms: Laggy, unresponsive

Solutions:

1. Reduce nodes — Very large canvases can be slow
2. Close other tabs — Free up browser memory
3. Use modern browser — Chrome, Firefox, Edge
4. Refresh the page

Lost Work

Symptoms: Canvas changes not saved

Prevention:

• Canvas auto-saves, but manually save (Ctrl/Cmd + S) regularly
• Don't close browser during generation

Recovery:

• Check if auto-save captured your work
• Recreate from memory if needed

App Issues

App Won't Run

Symptoms: Generate button doesn't work, errors

Solutions:

1. Check required inputs — Fill all required fields
2. Verify uploads completed — Wait for upload to finish
3. Check credits — Ensure sufficient balance
4. Try refreshing — Reload the page

App Results Different Than Expected

Symptoms: Output doesn't match what you built

Solutions:

1. Check the underlying Canvas — Verify workflow is correct
2. Test the Canvas directly — Run in Canvas to compare
3. Review App inputs — Are they mapped correctly?

Upload Issues

Upload Fails

Symptoms: File won't upload, error message

Solutions:

Supported formats:

• Images: JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF (max 10MB)
• Videos: MP4, MOV, WebM (max 100MB)
• Audio: MP3, WAV, M4A (max 25MB)

Upload Takes Forever

Symptoms: Progress bar stuck

Solutions:

1. Check file size — Large files take longer
2. Check internet — Slow connection = slow upload
3. Try smaller file — Compress before uploading
4. Refresh and retry

Download Issues

Can't Download

Symptoms: Download button doesn't work

Solutions:

1. Check browser settings — Allow downloads
2. Disable download blockers
3. Try right-click → Save As
4. Try different browser

Downloaded File Won't Open

Symptoms: File is corrupted or won't play

Solutions:

1. Try downloading again
2. Check file format — Use appropriate app to open

Account Issues

Can't Log In
