    Enterprise Overview

Enterprise accounts in Armox are designed for organizations that need centralized control over their team's AI usage. Instead of each team member managing their own subscription and credits, an Enterprise account provides a shared credit pool managed by administrators.

    What is an Enterprise Account?

An Enterprise account is an organization-level plan that connects all team members under a single umbrella. When your company has an Enterprise plan, every team member who signs up with your company email is automatically enrolled into the Enterprise organization.

    Key differences from individual accounts:

    FeatureIndividual AccountEnterprise Account
CreditsPersonal credits from your own subscriptionCredits allocated from a shared pool by your admin
SubscriptionYou manage and pay for your own planManaged centrally by the organization
    BillingIndividual billingOrganization-wide billing
Credit ControlYou decide how to spend your creditsAdmin allocates credits to team members
VisibilityOnly your own usageAdmins see all team usage and analytics

    How It Works

    1. Automatic Enrollment

When you sign up for Armox using your company email address, you are automatically enrolled in your organization's Enterprise account. There's no extra setup needed — just use your work email when creating your account.

    2. Two Roles

    Enterprise accounts have two roles:

    • Admin — Has full access to the Enterprise Dashboard. Can allocate credits, manage users, approve credit requests, and view analytics.
    • Member — Uses Armox normally with credits allocated by the admin. Can request additional credits when needed.

    3. Credit Flow

Credits flow from the organization's monthly pool to individual team members:

    1. Your organization receives a monthly credit pool
    2. Admins allocate credits from the pool to individual members
    3. Members use their allocated credits for AI generations
    4. When members need more credits, they can submit a request
    5. Admins review and approve or reject credit requests

    What You'll See

    Enterprise Badge

If you're part of an Enterprise account, you'll see an Enterprise badge on your profile page, along with your organization's name. This confirms your Enterprise enrollment.

    Profile Page Changes

Your profile page will show an Enterprise Credits section instead of the standard subscription management. Here you can see:

    • How many credits have been allocated to you
    • How many you've used
    • How many remain
    • A button to request more credits

    No Subscription Management

As an Enterprise member, you won't see subscription management options (upgrade, downgrade, or billing). Your organization handles all billing centrally, so you can focus entirely on creating.
