Managing Credits
Before Running
- Check the estimated cost shown
- Ensure you have enough credits
- Consider if the run is necessary
Cost Factors
App costs depend on:
- Models used — Different models have different costs
- Output quantity — More outputs = more credits
- Quality settings — Higher quality = more credits
After Running
- Credits used shown in results
- Deducted from your balance
- Tracked in your account
Troubleshooting
App Won't Run
Possible causes:
- Missing required inputs
- Insufficient credits
- Upload not complete
Solutions:
- Fill all required fields
- Add credits to your account
- Wait for uploads to finish
Generation Takes Too Long
Possible causes:
- Video generation is slow
- Complex workflow
- High server load
Solutions:
- Wait patiently (video can take 10+ minutes)
- Check progress indicators
- Try again if it seems stuck
Results Don't Match Expectations
Possible causes:
- Unclear inputs
- Wrong input type
- Model limitations
Solutions:
- Be more specific in text inputs
- Use higher quality uploads
- Try different descriptions
Error During Generation
Possible causes:
- Temporary system issue
- Invalid input
- Credit issues
Solutions:
- Read the error message
- Try again
- Check your inputs
- Contact support if persistent
Tips for Best Results
Input Quality
- Text: Be specific and descriptive
- Images: Use high-resolution, clear photos
- Video: Short, stable clips work best
- Audio: Clear, noise-free recordings
Iteration
- Start with your best guess
- Review results
- Adjust inputs and try again
- Save successful configurations
Efficiency
- Test with one generation first
- Refine inputs before batch runs
- Download results you want to keep
