    Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to the most common questions about using Armox.

    Account & Billing

    How do I sign up?

Visit armox.ai, click "Get Started," and create an account with email or Google sign-in. You'll receive 500 free credits to start.

    How do credits work?

Credits are the currency for AI generation. Different models and outputs cost different amounts:

    • Images: 20-600 credits
    • Videos: 60-4,000 credits
    • Audio: 8-200 credits

See Understanding Credits for full details.

How do I get more credits?

You can purchase credits through your account settings or subscribe to a plan that includes monthly credits.

    Do credits expire?

Check your account settings for credit expiration policies. Subscription credits may have different rules than purchased credits.

    Generation & Quality

Why doesn't my image match my prompt?

    Common reasons:

    • Prompt is too vague β€” be more specific
    • Conflicting instructions β€” remove contradictions
    • Wrong model β€” try a different model
    • Need more guidance β€” increase guidance scale

    See Common Mistakes for solutions.

How do I get higher quality images?

    • Use premium models (Flux 2 Pro, Nano Banana Pro)
    • Write detailed, specific prompts
    • Use the Upscaler for final images
    • Include quality keywords ("professional," "8k," "high detail")

Why is video generation so slow?

Video generation is computationally intensive. Expect:

    • Fast models: 30 seconds - 2 minutes
    • Standard models: 2-5 minutes
    • Premium models: 5-10+ minutes

    Can I generate NSFW content?

Armox has content policies that restrict certain types of content. Please review the terms of service for specific guidelines.
