Requesting Credits
As an Enterprise member, your credits are allocated by your organization's admin rather than purchased individually. This guide explains how to check your credit status and request more credits when you need them.
Checking Your Credit Status
Your Enterprise credit information is visible on your Profile page. Look for the Enterprise Credits section, which shows three key metrics:
- Allocated — The total number of credits your admin has assigned to you
- Used — How many credits you've consumed through AI generations
- Remaining — Credits still available for use (allocated minus used)
A usage progress bar provides a visual indicator of your consumption:
- Green — You have plenty of credits remaining
- Yellow — You're using a moderate amount, consider planning ahead
- Red — You're running low and may want to request more
How Credits Work in Enterprise
In an Enterprise account, credits work slightly differently from individual accounts:
- Your organization has a monthly credit pool
- Your admin allocates a portion of that pool to you
- You use your allocated credits for AI generations (images, videos, text, audio, etc.)
- When you run low, you request more from your admin
- Your admin reviews and approves or rejects the request
- If approved, additional credits are allocated to you from the pool
Your allocated credits work exactly the same as regular credits when generating content. Every AI model, tool, and feature costs the same number of credits regardless of whether you're on an individual or Enterprise plan.
Requesting More Credits
When you need additional credits, you can submit a request directly from your Profile page.
Step-by-Step
- Go to your Profile page
- Find the Enterprise Credits section
- Click the "Request Credits" button
- In the dialog that appears:
- Enter the amount of credits you'd like to receive
- Optionally, add a justification message explaining why you need more credits (e.g., "Working on the Q2 campaign and need more video generations")
- Click Submit
After Submitting
Once your request is submitted:
- You'll see a confirmation message: "Request Submitted - Your admin will review your request shortly"
- Your request appears in your admin's Credit Requests tab
- Your admin will review it and either approve or reject it
- If approved, the credits are immediately added to your allocation
- If rejected, your allocation remains unchanged
Tips for Successful Requests
- Be specific — Include a brief explanation of what you need the credits for. This helps your admin make faster decisions.
- Request what you need — Don't over-request. Your admin can see usage patterns and will appreciate reasonable requests.
- Plan ahead — Don't wait until you're completely out. Request credits when you see your balance getting low so you're not blocked waiting for approval.
- Check your remaining — Before requesting, verify your current balance. You might have more credits than you think.
Understanding Your Usage
Every credit you spend is tracked. Each AI generation deducts credits based on the model and operation:
- Text generation — Lower credit cost
- Image generation — Moderate credit cost
- Video generation — Higher credit cost
- Audio generation — Varies by model
- Tools (upscaling, background removal, etc.) — Varies by tool
You can optimize your credit usage by:
- Using faster/cheaper model variants for drafts and iterations
- Reserving premium models for final outputs
- Checking the credit cost displayed on each model node before running
Frequently Asked Questions
What happens when I run out of credits?
You won't be able to run AI generations until your admin allocates more credits to you. Submit a credit request and your admin will be notified.
Can I see my credit history?
Your admin has access to a detailed analytics dashboard that tracks all credit usage. If you need a report of your personal usage, ask your admin to filter the analytics by your account and export a CSV.
Do my credits reset each month?
Your admin manages credit allocations. The organization's pool resets monthly based on the billing cycle, but your individual allocation depends on what your admin assigns to you.
Can I transfer credits to a colleague?
No, credits cannot be transferred between members directly. Your admin handles all credit allocation. If a colleague needs credits, they should submit their own request.
Who do I contact if my request is taking too long?
Reach out to your Enterprise admin directly. They're the ones who review and approve credit requests. You can identify your admin in the Enterprise section of your profile.
