Please carefully review these Terms of Service before utilizing the Application Services provided by Armox Labs OÜ ("Armox," "us," "we," or "our"), a company registered in Estonia at Tornimäe tn 5, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tallinn, Harju maakond, Eesti Vabariik. The "Application Services" (the "Service") encompass the web application, APIs, and programming interfaces under Armox. A "Subscription(s)" refers to a specified pricing plan and term length with associated features, functionality, and volume tiers for the Application Services purchased by the Customer.

Your access to and use of the Service is subject to your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms of Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who intend to access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

Data Handling

Armox AI does not retain any form of your data, and it is not utilized to train our machine learning models. While data is uploaded to our servers to execute the machine learning models for result retrieval, it is neither stored nor reproducible. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring your content remains yours.

Credit System

Usage of the Armox AI platform is credit-based. Credits are consumed when you use AI features such as image generation, video generation, text generation, and other AI-powered tools. Each feature has a specific credit cost associated with it. You can purchase credit packages or subscribe to plans that include monthly credit allocations.

Subscription

For subscription-based plans, billing occurs in advance on a recurring basis ("Billing Cycle"), with cycles set on a monthly or yearly basis. Subscription renewal takes place automatically at the end of each Billing Cycle unless canceled. You can cancel your Subscription renewal at any time through your account settings. A valid payment method, including a credit card, is required for Subscription payment processing.

Free Credits

Armox AI offers free credits for new users to try the platform. Free credits are available once per user account. Armox AI reserves the right to modify the free credit amount or cancel the offer without notice.

Refunds

Refunds for subscriptions and credit purchases may be available on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, please contact us at hello(at)armox.ai. Refund eligibility depends on usage and the time elapsed since purchase.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including original content, features, and functionality, is the exclusive property of Armox AI and its licensors. Protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws, use of our trademarks and trade dress requires prior written consent.

User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of the content you create using Armox AI. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process your inputs solely for the purpose of generating outputs. We do not claim ownership over your prompts, uploaded images, or generated content.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Generate, request, upload, or distribute NSFW content, including explicit sexual, pornographic, or nude material
• Create deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive others
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
• Generate content depicting minors in inappropriate situations
• Attempt to bypass safety filters or restrictions
• Use automated systems to abuse the Service

Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Armox AI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

Changes to Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated at our discretion. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after revisions constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms of Service. If you disagree with the terms, please refrain from using the Service.
